Cancellation Policy


At MixNuts.in, we value your satisfaction and work hard to process all orders quickly and efficiently. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines how and when cancellations can be made.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it is shipped. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our dry fruit mix powders.

To cancel an order before dispatch, please email us at support@mixnuts.in with your order ID and cancellation reason. Our team will confirm the status and process your request if eligible.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once your order is dispatched or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if the product is received in a damaged or incorrect condition, you may raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that any payment gateway or transaction fees may be deducted as per bank policy.

Important Notes

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or altered.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may lead to restriction of services.
