Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under specific conditions to maintain hygiene and safety standards. You can request a return if:

• The product is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
• You provide clear proof (photo/video) of damage, defect, or wrong item received.

Once we receive your request, our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return process. If approved, a pickup will be arranged, and the item will be inspected upon return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds if:

• The product is opened or partially used.
• The seal is broken or packaging is tampered with.
• The product was damaged due to customer mishandling.
• The return request was made after 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes our quality inspection. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your return is rejected due to policy violation (opened/tampered product), no refund will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible unless it qualifies under the Return Policy.
